single base....hard....

erm....ytrday i do single base....flyer is venis....nt heavy.....but yet i drop her down for few time...sorry venis....realy sorry.....but thn siew wai teach me how to push her down n catch her.....i try the 1st time....jz catch 1 of her hand....nt very gud....thn i try 2nd time.....i catch her whole ppl but i fell down....so she fell too...i think...n she kik ah kit whn she fell.....sory again....but i'm happy to try it....cheer is so fun......
